Research and Application of Expansion Deformation Mechanism of Six-Row Rolling Linear Guide Pair

摘要

The expansion deformation of the guide will have a great influence on the vertical stiffness of the guide pair. The six-row ball linear guide pair has high stiffness, and the effect of expansion deformation on stiffness is more obvious. In this paper, the expansion deformation of the carriage is taken as the research content, and the relationship between expansion deformation and stiffness is deduced. The static contact characteristics of a six-row ball linear guide pair were analyzed. Firstly, the elastic contact model of the newly proposed model is modeled, and the unknown parameters are solved by the theoretical model established by combining the force balance equation of the guide pair, the physical equation between the contact deformation and the load, the geometric equation of the small deformation of the skirt of the carriage under load and the deformation coordination equation of the displacement in the load direction. The stiffness and expansion deformation of the guide rail pair were measured by the static stiffness testbed, and the load and deformation were determined by the expansion deformation, and then the stiffness was determined.
