Development of FF Bus Temperature Transmitter Based on IMC

Aiming at the problems of large volume, multiple components and limited functions of traditional temperature transmitter, this paper designs an implementation scheme of FF bus temperature transmitter based on IMC. This scheme is based on the design of the special microcontroller for IMC instrument. Through the ADS1148 high-precision A/D converter, the thermal resistance and thermocouple signals are collected. At the same time, the system is powered by FF Bus, and the FF Bus communication is carried out in real time. This temperature transmitter has the advantages of simple circuit structure, high temperature measurement accuracy, and good stability, and is suitable for intelligent monitoring applications in various industrial places.
