摘要

The three components of the automatic instrument include, the detection equipment, the execution equipment, and the adjustment equipment. As one of the execution equipment, the actuator plays an important role in the field of industrial automatic control. In complex working conditions, voltage signals are greatly affected by interference and are prone to attenuation during transmission. In order to ensure the reliability of data and solve the problem of long-distance transmission, using current as a carrier for signal transmission can effectively ensure the stability and reliability of the signal. With the development of technology, the communication speed and the amount of process parameters that can be transmitted by the traditional 4-20mA analog signal transmission method can no longer meet the development needs of the instrument industry. The HART protocol can achieve digital communication between field devices and central controllers without changing the analog signal field communication standards. Due to the good compatibility of the HART bus, it has been widely used in factory instrument systems. This article introduces a domestically produced micro-controller chip specifically designed for instruments. Based on the highly integrated HART communication module of the chip, an actuator has been developed, and the FSK standardization testing and system level testing of the HART module have been carried out. The test results indicate that using this module is beneficial for promoting the miniaturization of research and development of actuator and promoting the independence and controllable development of China's instrument industry, and improving international competitiveness.
