摘要

The allocation of funds with the potential benefits of technology is a critical consideration in various sectors and industries. Analysis of a review of 311 Scopus-indexed publications on technology and funding scheme research until 2023 revealed new trend in research, publication and collaboration between authors, organizations and countries. The data analysed using VOSviewer and Microsoft Excel. It reveals three unique clusters for each of the 678 authors based on co-occurrence analysis. Figliola P. M. and the team is one of the authors who received the most citations because of their pioneering contributions in this context of study. Furthermore, a study published in 2018 by Guo Y., Xia X., Zhang S., and Zhang D., titled “Environmental regulation, government R&D funding and green technology innovation: Evidence from China provincial data” attracted a lot of interest in this domain as it gained highest citation. In terms of the country, the study found the United States being the most frequently cited country, with the United Kingdom following closely as the second most cited nation. Notably, the study also looked at keywords usage from 2010 to 2015 and found that phrases like “human” and “finance” were used the most, reflecting the dominant thematic focus at the time of the study.
