Modeling of the Assessment of the Stress–Strain State When the Microgeometry of the Actual Area of the Local Contact Zone Changes Under the Conditions of EHL Friction
摘要
A contact-mechanical model of the stress–strain state based on the actual area in the micro-EHL contact zone has been developed, which allows determining the mechanisms of reducing the maximum contact stresses and deformations in the near-surface zone and the maximum tangential stresses in the subsurface zone, taking into account the change in ellipticity of the contact. The position of the center of appearance and the origin of the localization zone of the concentrator of tangential stresses in the subsurface zone of micro-EHL contact has been determined.
