摘要

Infertile couples who have sexual dysfunction suffer additional distress. The reproductive process and the clinical exploration of the infertile couple can have a negative impact on the intimacy of the couple and their sexual life. Assisted reproductive technology process allows a couple to give birth to a child without having sexual intercourse while dissociating reproduction and sexuality. On the other hand, certain sexual disorders can be the cause of infertility. Sexuality must therefore be one of the concerns of clinicians when treating infertile couples. Although it is true that some cases of infertility are secondary to sexual disorders, the latter can more often be the consequence rather than the cause of infertility. In this chapter, we will focus on the various common sexual dysfunctions observed in men with male infertility. The epidemiology of male sexual dysfunctions in infertile men and various treatment options are discussed.
