摘要

A comparative analysis is developed on the characteristics, perception, and management of the Ebro, Gállego, and Huerva Rivers in the urban and peri-urban space of Zaragoza. These three rivers present different hydrogeomorphological styles, are appreciated in very different ways by the population, and have been the subject of different planning strategies over time, until the current situation in which they compete for European funds for their restoration. Zaragoza is a fluvial city, and its local analysis can be extrapolated to other cases of urban-fluvial interaction. Hydrogeomorphological parameters are worked on, the history of floods and the evolution of management measures are updated, and a public perception survey has been carried out, as well as interviews with experts and municipal agents. All this leads to establishing a forecast of urban-fluvial behaviour with proposals in the context of environmental change in the short term.
