Intelligent Monitoring System for Stress Levels

This paper presents the design of an intelligent system of monitoring key vital signs such as body temperature, heart rate and electrical skin conductance to detect stress levels. The constructed system consists of various electrical elements, including an Arduino UNO ATmega328P development board, a DS18B20 temperature sensor, a pulse sensor for heart rate measurement, a GSR sensor for assessing skin conductance, three LEDs for indicating different states, and a Bluetooth HC-05 module for transmitting data. Adopting such technology can enable users to monitor their stress levels in real-time, thereby facilitating improved stress management in their daily lives.
