New Directions for Treating Tumors: Scientific Context
摘要
Surgery, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy are used alone or combined in the treatment. Resistance to therapy, recurrences, metastasis and/or side effects are some important problems in the management of some cases. In this study, we underline the need of new directions for the research of targeted cancer therapy, including 3D cell lines approach.
