摘要

Some pathologies of the hip joint can lead to prosthetic surgery. These pathologies can be remedied by hip arthroplasty. Also, after a while, the components of the hip prosthesis can deteriorate. There are protocols for hip prosthetic revision. In the paper, some of them were studied. The hip revision prosthesis presents, however, often a challenge, due to the complex pathology. Using the finite elements method, five situations given by this pathology were analyzed: intact hip joint, titanium augmentation prosthetic joint, standard revision prosthetic joint, structural graft hip joint and fragmented graft joint and reconstruction mesh. These simulations were performed using mechano-physical parameters similar to those in reality. Loads from normal human gait were also used. Numerous maps of displacements, strains and stresses were obtained. These results were analyzed and important conclusions were drawn.
