A Child with Bleeding from a Tracheostomy Tube

Bloody secretions from a tracheostomy tube are common and usually benign, but signs of tracheoinnominate artery fistula need to be recognized and evaluated emergently. Measures to prevent and manage tracheoinnominate artery fistula hemorrhage are discussed.
