Considerations for Controlling a Bionic Hand Using EMG Sensors
摘要
Myoelectrically controlled hand prostheses achieve the highest degree of rehabilitation because there is a correspondence between muscle activity and electromyoelectric signals (EMG). This paper presents the realization of a bionic hand and the myoelectric hand command and control system using a hand-crafted sensor and the Raspberry Pi and Pi Pico W development platforms. The important conclusion is that the proposed system can be improved by using a bluetooth communication directly on the development board to transmit the signals to the Raspberry Pi or even to other devices, thus, due to the low consumption of the EMG sensor, even with a smaller battery it could stay powered for a long time and get a clean signal.
