Antiphospholipid Syndrome
摘要
Antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) is an autoimmune systemic disorder characterized by venous or arterial thrombosis and/or pregnancy complications among patients with laboratory evidence of autoantibodies against phospholipid-bound proteins (aPL). The most common autoantibodies against these proteins include the anticardiolipin antibody (aCL), and the anti-beta-2 glycoprotein I (anti-beta2 GPI) antibody, which are part of the diagnostic criteria.
