摘要

Heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT) is a syndrome of antibody-mediated thrombocytopenia that paradoxically is often associated with thrombosis and high morbidity and mortality. It is a clinicopathological entity, where thrombocytopenia develops at least 5 days after immunizing exposure to heparin with detectable activating IgG class antibodies against factor 4 (PF4) and heparin (or other polyanion) complexes.
