Pure Red Cell Aplasia
摘要
The hallmark of pure red cell aplasia (PRCA) is normocytic anemia coupled with the absence or marked reduction of erythroid progenitors (less than 1% erythroblasts on bone marrow exam or less than 5%, if proerythroblasts are included) and reticulocytopenia (reticulocytes less than 10,000/microliter). Leukocytes and platelets are usually normal in number.
