Body Posture, Hand Position, Basic Instrumentation and Setup for Microsurgery
摘要
Practicing correct ergonomics during microsurgical training and procedures is paramount for enhancing efficiency and ensuring comfort. The maintenance of appropriate body posture and hand position plays a pivotal role in the success of microsurgical procedures by mitigating fatigue and preventing discomfort during prolonged operations. Furthermore, the use of proper microsurgical instruments contributes to the efficiency and overall success of these procedures. This chapter describes the optimal body posture in detail, emphasizing the correct hand and foot positions to minimize strain. Additionally, it discusses the essential dissection and microsurgical instruments that are necessary for executing successful microsurgical procedures. By focusing on these factors, surgeons can optimize their performance, reduce the risk of complications, and achieve favorable outcomes in microsurgical interventions.
