Good Governance

Good governance, although defined differently by many organizations, involves the act of accountability, transparency, and inclusivity. An organization that practices good governance is comprised of members that are educated and involved in the decision-making process. To allow for broad participation, the regulations and expectations of each member should be clearly defined. Furthermore, the regulations should be uniformly enforced among the group. Transparency about policies and future goals should be established to promote open discussion and inclusive participation.
