The center of mass of is the point where the mass of a body is considered to be concentrated and has the property of moving just as if all the masses were concentrated at that point and were acted by a resulting force equal to the sum of the external forces applied on the system. This property allows to describe the movement of rigid bodies as a combination of the translation of its center of mass and a rotational movement around an axis passing through the center of mass.

摘要

The center of mass of is the point where the mass of a body is considered to be concentrated and has the property of moving just as if all the masses were concentrated at that point and were acted by a resulting force equal to the sum of the external forces applied on the system. This property allows to describe the movement of rigid bodies as a combination of the translation of its center of mass and a rotational movement around an axis passing through the center of mass.
