A Look into the Future with Some Final Considerations

This final chapter offers a brief look into the future, discussing the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the field of intercultural communication. It is also envisioned that in this chapter users of the manual will have an opportunity to put everything they have learned into practice. It tests readers’ knowledge (understanding, and practical application) of all the previously examined topics in two ways: a list of all the key concepts, and a number of hypothetical scenarios that place the participants into different parts of the world, giving them different roles in society, and attributing different traits to them. Once completed, we hope that users of this manual will have deepened their knowledge and broadened the skillsets they already possess in the sphere of international teaching and communication. The current chapter might also serve to lay the foundations for future research in the field.
