Development of UX Evaluation Tool in Digital Media Content Production: Focusing on the Mobile Environment
摘要
In the burgeoning field of digital media content production, small creator groups often grapple with the intricacies of User Experience (UX) design and analysis. Recognizing this challenge, this study was initiated with the ambition of serving as a foundational reference for these groups. The research foregrounded the derivation of four principal UX evaluation factors and a more detailed set of 16 subsidiary factors, achieved through collaborative sessions with six distinguished UX specialists. To discern the relative significance of each factor, a segmented survey approach was employed, targeting three key demographics: planners, designers, and developers. This stratification enabled a nuanced understanding of perceptual disparities across these groups. Our findings illuminate the heterogeneous prioritizations amongst these groups and provide insights into their unique UX perspectives. Moreover, leveraging the derived importance values, the study culminates in the formulation of a pragmatic evaluation instrument envisioned for future projects. The implications of this research are twofold: it offers a structured framework for UX assessment in digital media and underscores the need for collaborative and interdisciplinary approaches in realizing optimal user experiences.
