Automatic Green Tea Processing Process Based on Experience and Skills of Artisans

This paper proposes a solution for “Green tea is processed automatically based on the knowledge and skills of the artisans” in household and small sized enterprises by adding the control and measuring devices into the existing machines that makes them smarter. First of all, these machines are operated by the artisans, through the sensors and electronics devices, the knowledge and experiences of the artisans are indirectly collected, treated and processed in the form of the real time signals. Through a high quality closed-loop control system with input signal is collected from previous step, the next real process will correctly follow the previous process that done by the artisans. The proposal will give plentiful, stable quality of the traditional tea products while saving labor, energy, time, and supports to develop the brand of the tea zones.
