DNA Self-assembly: Friendship Graphs
摘要
Based on the flexible tile method for DNA self-assembly, we find a collection of tiles that will construct a nanostructure shaped like a friendship graph or a dumbbell-friendship graph. We find the minimum number of tile and bond-edge types required to construct these graphs in three different scenarios representing distinct levels of laboratory constraints.
