Medical Decision Support System for Lung Damage Classification
摘要
In recent years, digital medical imaging has opened a new multidisciplinary field of research in which medical staff as long as engineers are struggling to solve the problems of accurate detection and treatment of different kinds of diseases. The present work reveals applications of decision support systems in managing COVID19 patients based on machine learning and classical image processing techniques. The present chapter is dedicated to the 75th Birthday of Academician Florin Gheorghe Filip, an outstanding Romanian researcher in Decision Support Systems realm.
