摘要

This research aims to investigate the role of organizational culture on human innovation remotely in COVID Pandemic Era. It seeks to Investigate the impact of organizational culture on human innovation in the pandemic age. And, examine organizational culture dimensions that influence human innovation when working remotely and evaluate the importance of shaping an innovative organizational culture within organizations. To achieve the objectives a qualitative approach was utilized with the intention to contemplate the consequence and acts. The target audiences of this research were managers and juniors at Bahrain Polytechnic. The sampling consisted of 3 managers and 9 juniors. The results showed that there was a clear impact of organizational culture on human innovation in the pandemic age. This research concluded that common vision and the process of normalization as a major organizational culture dimensions influence human innovation and creativity when working remotely. The results showed that working environment, communication channels, and participation in decision-making are among the most important factors affecting employee innovation remotely.
