摘要

This research investigates the role of organizational culture in mediating the impact of emotional intelligence (EI) on high-performance leadership among Saudi women leaders. It analyzes data from 405 women leaders across Saudi Arabia's private and public sectors, focusing on the connection between EI and leadership performance. The findings indicate that EI significantly enhances women leaders’ performance and positively influences organizational culture, which in turn boosts high-performance leadership. The study introduces a model to help Saudi women leaders integrate EI, organizational culture, and high-performance leadership into their decision-making, aiming to improve leadership effectiveness and promote career advancement. Additionally, it presents a novel second-order reflection-reflection model to explore these relationships further, offering new insights into the impact of EI on women's leadership abilities and advancing the methodological approach in this research area.
