摘要

This study focuses on providing recommendations for women administrators to overcome the challenges they encounter in attaining senior management roles. The research employed a qualitative methodology and adopted a descriptive survey approach. The participants of this study were educational administrators operating within the Kingdom of Bahrain. The aim was to address social gender barriers and combat gender discrimination within the workplace, particularly in relation to women's advancement into senior management positions. To gain a comprehensive understanding of the participants' perspectives, a semi-structured interview technique was employed. The collected data underwent content analysis to extract meaningful insights. The findings revealed that all participants acknowledged the existence of glass ceiling barriers for women ad-ministrations aspiring to reach senior managerial positions. The hindrances predominantly stemmed from individual factors, followed by organizational and social influences.
