In an era marked by technological advancements and a growing emphasis on sustainable living, this study explores the intricate relationships between Internet of Things (IoT) integration, eco-friendly practices, and work-life balance satisfaction among women professionals. The research investigates the impact of technological accessibility, literacy, organizational support, familial influences, psychological well-being, and cultural motivations on the subjective experience of achieving work-life harmony. Employing a comprehensive structural equation model, the study reveals significant positive relationships between these factors and work-life balance satisfaction. The findings underscore the importance of holistic approaches in organizational policies, technological literacy initiatives, and familial support structures to enhance the well-being of women across diverse professional sectors. This research contributes valuable insights for organizations striving to create inclusive and supportive environments, fostering a delicate balance between technological integration, sustainability, and the fulfillment of work and personal responsibilities.
