摘要

It can be considered the Control panels for monitoring and controlling the quality of production based on scientific statistical methods are one of the necessary analyses in the industrial sectors. The main objective of this analysis is to make a decision regarding the progress of the production process for each stage of production. The random sample (observations) approach was selected to achieve the statistical operations to find out if the product or service is within the limits of control or not, and what are the reasons behind the crossing the control limits. The results typically present the average limit and maintain the quality level of the product or service. In some cases, the results of these control limits (traditional approach) are accurate and certain, but for more complex cases it is difficult to obtain accurate results about the status of the quality and the reasons for crossing the control limits of the product or service. In order to obtain the more accurate result of controlling the quality of production the principle of fuzzy logic was used. Based on the fuzzy control panels, it can be converted the numerical control limits to limits of fuzzy control to control the production process more extensively. Where it can be introduced the characteristics with the variables to ensure the achievement of the highest quality of the product or service. The work aims to present and analyze the control panels for the average and the range based on the traditional and fuzzy methods of the production process. Also, it will present the most important advantages, disadvantages, and limitations of both methods. Furthermore, a practical application was analyzed according to the control panels using both traditional and fuzzy methods to show the control of the product and its conformity with the required design specifications.
