Dynamic Capabilities—Alternative Perspectives
摘要
The dynamic capabilities theory is one of the latest strategic management theories that were developed to explain how organisations develop competitive advantages. Researchers have proposed alternative views of the theory and its components. Such variations have resulted in some claims of the theory of being tautological and for inconsistency in dynamic capabilities research findings. This research aims to explore the theory of dynamic capabilities and the various viewpoints entangling what constitutes a dynamic capability. The research concludes by recommending criteria for what qualifies to be as an organisation dynamic capability.
