摘要

This study focuses into how digital technologies (DT) have impacted modern government operations, primarily in terms of improving responsiveness, efficiency, and service delivery. Using the idea of good governance as a framework, the study explores current difficulties facing government and emphasizes how important it is to protect public welfare. Examining worldwide patterns in e-government concepts, the paper promotes a paradigm change in favor of a governance-focused strategy, stressing openness, transparency, and cooperation as crucial components of long-term public benefit. This study argues that handling difficult challenges and promoting social progress require a holistic governance framework that prioritizes resilience and responsiveness. The study's forward-looking viewpoint enables governments to be seen not just as reactive to change but also as proactive agents of social advancement. The story develops as a blueprint, advising policymakers to align digital projects with public governance (PG) ideals in order to create a future in which technical breakthroughs smoothly complement the interests of the general population. This study essentially acts as a strategic guide, pressuring decision-makers to adopt a paradigm-shifting vision in which the convergence of digital technology and governance becomes a potent catalyst for constructive social change.
