Strategic 4.0, driven by Industry 4.0 technologies, promises to revolutionize education by integrating innovative teaching methodologies, global collaboration, and digital competencies. This study critically examines the implementation of Strategic 4.0 in education, focusing on identifying research gaps. Mainly, the study aims to assess the transformative impact of Strategic 4.0 in education while critically addressing its limitations in implementation. The research identifies significant research gaps, notably in understanding the complex challenges associated with the digital divide and the adaptability of educators to new technologies. The study aims to bridge these gaps by investigating targeted interventions to address disparities in technology access and exploring effective teacher training models for successful integration. Through a comprehensive analysis, the study reveals that the digital divide remains a formidable challenge, hindering the equitable implementation of Strategic 4.0 initiatives. Furthermore, the adaptability of educators emerges as a critical factor influencing the success of these strategies.
