As the technological landscape rapidly changes, businesses are constantly challenged to innovate and adapt to remain competitive. This proposed paper discusses the role of strategic flexibility in enhancing innovation and sustainable performance in business. Through analyzing relevant literature, this paper will explore the relationship between strategic flexibility, innovation, and sustainable performance, focusing on the technological landscape. The findings will provide valuable insights into how strategic flexibility can enable businesses to navigate technological disruptions, foster innovation, and achieve sustainable performance. However, the challenges and limitations of implementing strategic flexibility are also discussed. Overall, this proposed study contributes to understanding the complex dynamics between strategic flexibility, innovation, and sustainable performance in the context of the technological landscape. This study concludes with recommendations for future studies that further explore the relationship between strategic flexibility, innovation, and sustainable performance. Future research should investigate the strategies and approaches organizations can adopt to implement strategic flexibility in a rapidly changing technological environment effectively. Additionally, the study recommends conducting empirical studies to evaluate the impact of strategic flexibility on innovation outcomes and long-term business sustainability. These recommendations can provide valuable insights for businesses seeking to enhance their adaptability and competitiveness in the face of technological disruptions and practical implications for managers seeking to improve innovation and sustainability in their organizations.
