The Impacts of Digital Media on the Empowerment of Bahraini Women in the Light of SDGS 2030

This study aims to shed light on the extent of the impact of the digital world on empowering women in general and Bahraini women in particular, across various levels and fields. It also aims to link the qualitative leap witnessed in the past decade in two parallel directions. The first is women’s desire to catch up with the digital information technology revolution and its rapid variables, and the second is directing official support for women’s digital empowerment. This is done to examine the results and alignments that confirm the effectiveness of government efforts and initiatives in the Kingdom of Bahrain, especially concerning the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals related to empowering Bahraini women, and to link these successes to its strategic vision for 2030.
