摘要

Minimally invasive approaches for adrenalectomy have been widely adopted due to the technical advantages and decreased perioperative morbidity for patients with benign adrenal masses. The decision for either laparoscopic transabdominal or retroperitoneoscopic adrenalectomy is based on patient and tumor characteristics. Complications include bleeding which may require conversion to open laparotomy, infection, solid organ injury, and transient neuralgia.
