The anatomical relationship of the frontal sinus to the neighboring structures of ethmoid air cells, nasal cavity, and anterior cranial fossa is depicted. The clinical and imaging evaluation of frontal sinus fractures is outlined, and the procedures of reconstruction, obliteration, and cranialization are described. Orbital roof fractures are discussed, including the management of the pediatric and adult patient. The procedure of cranioplasty is detailed.
