The basics of bariatric procedures are reviewed and the evaluation of the post bariatric surgery patient described. The menu of truncal procedures for resection of excess skin and soft tissue is listed and each detailed. Resection of the laxity of the thigh and arm soft tissue in the massive weight loss patient is also included. Address of the deflated breast is outlined and discussed. The final section of the chapter is gluteal augmentation by autologous fat injection.
