The Role of Community Participation in Sustainable Integrated Water Resources Management: Challenges, Opportunities, and Current Perspectives

Community participation is recognized as a cornerstone of sustainable integrated water resources management (IWRM), yet its effective implementation faces various challenges and offers diverse opportunities. This paper aims to comprehensively assess the multifaceted nature of community participation in the context of IWRM.
