Unstable Pelvic Fracture
摘要
Patients with pelvis fractures often have other significant associated injuries and have a high mortality rate due to the trauma and significant hemorrhage. Early radiographic diagnosis and initiation of treatment of unstable pelvis injuries is essential to patient survival. The mechanisms by which displacement of pelvis injuries lead to bleeding are laid out, and the basic steps of resuscitation and stabilization of patients with these critical injuries are reviewed.
