摘要

A prototype of a physical parameter analyzer for neonatal incubators was designed and developed to perform automated and standardized preventive maintenance. The evaluated parameters include temperature, humidity, sound intensity and air velocity. Suitable sensors were selected, and the ESP32 microcontroller was used for processing the obtained readings. Additionally, a measurement protocol was designed based on the IEC 60601-2-19 standard, and a cabinet was designed to facilitate the transportation and use of the equipment. Readings were displayed on an LCD screen, stored on a micro SD card and transmitted to a cloud platform. The prototype was validated in neonatal incubators, demonstrating results comparable to devices calibrated to international standards. The equipment exhibited adequate autonomy, ease of use and data storage for subsequent analysis.
