Research on the Design of an Application for Eliciting Childhood Memories in Emerging Adulthood Based on Nostalgic Psychology

Nostalgia among youth in Emerging adulthood is gradually becoming generalized. However, although nostalgia psychology has begun to receive attention in theoretical studies among youth groups in Emerging adulthood, there is still a relative lack of exploration of nostalgia psychology application and practice. Fewer studies focus on the nostalgia psychology of youth groups in Emerging adulthood and explore the practice at the interaction level to fulfill the nostalgia needs of youth in Emerging adulthood. Therefore, this paper explores the correlation between the characteristics of nostalgia at the psychological level and emotional design and designs an APP based on the nostalgia concept emotionally by carrying out interface and interaction design from the visceral, behavioral, and reflective levels of emotional design.
