Design of Magnetic Levitation Therapy Pillow in DHM Model Supported Healthcare Field

The advent of the digital medical era has accelerated the creation of Digital Human Models (DHM) in the healthcare industry. The fast-paced lifestyle and increasing stress in the modern world have also led to difficulties in falling asleep and poor quality of sleep among the masses, and the demand for therapy pillows has risen significantly. Concurrently, the author revealed that using magnetic levitation technology in pillow structures can efficiently fit to the human cervical spine. As a result, this paper proposes a therapy pillow design centered around magnetic levitation technology. Referencing the research of other scholars. The paper summarizes the stress conditions of different users’ cervical regions during sleep, guiding the layout and intensity adjustment of the magnetic levitation system. Through specific experiments, the feasibility of applying magnetic levitation technology in intelligent therapeutic pillows is verified, resulting in the final solution. This study aims to explore the possibility of alleviating cervical discomfort during sleep based on the DHM model. It provides new insights into the application of magnetic levitation technology and holds certain referential value for the research of health therapy products.
