An Investigation of the Perceptual Engineering Theory Based on the Portable Leisure Beverage Experience Space

摘要

With the fast-paced development of human society, people rarely have personal slow-paced leisure time. Because of this, people’s perceptual needs are constantly amplified, and a leisure experience space that can bring people’s perceptual needs is very important. This article investigates the perceptual needs of users and uses perceptual engineering theory and computer-aided tools to explore the design of movable drink experience spaces. Therefore, perceptual needs are more about the user’s emotional response and usage experience of the product, which is regarded as a key element of this design exploration. The research method of this article: After combining these two points, the theory of Kansei Engineering is applied to the movable leisure drink experience space. ①This design research will conduct preliminary research and case analysis on similar products currently on the market at home and abroad. ② Understand the existing pain points between similar products and users and the shortcomings in the application of Kansei Engineering Theory to better locate users’ specific needs. The purpose of this article is to combine the obtained data foundation with the theories and tools of some disciplines such as Kansei Engineering Theory and Computer Aided Tools, and take the perceptual needs of users given by the product as the premise, and the goal of the product being able to effectively communicate with users. This provides a better source of clues for solving user behavior problems. The results of this research: Finally, we will examine whether the functions, emotions, and experiences provided by this product can meet the perceptual needs of users, and demonstrate whether the application of perceptual engineering theory in the movable leisure drink experience space can satisfy the existing emotional and experiential needs of users. Needs, and make timely adjustments to achieve user satisfaction with perceptual needs.
