Web Application for Strategic Location of Ambulances in San Miguel de Tucumán

In emergency medical services, response times are crucial in critical cases such as vehicle accidents. This work seeks to improve efficiency and response times in San Miguel de Tucumán (Tucumán, Argentina) by developing a web application. For its development, simulated accident data was used to identify patterns according to time and day. Then, an unsupervised machine learning algorithm was used to create an application that allows the user to enter the desired time, day, and number of ambulances to return the optimal location of each ambulance on the map. The result demonstrates this tool’s potential and provides a starting point for an implementation with actual data.
