Reliability of the Metric to Evaluate the Ergonomic Principles of Assistive Systems, Based on ISO 92419
摘要
To develop Assistive Systems that are well-adjusted to users’ needs, one approach is the usage of international standards, for example, DIN or ISO norms. In this paper, we consider a questionnaire by Azevedo, Heimgaertner, and Nebe [17] designed to evaluate the ergonomics principles of Assistive Systems according to DIN EN 92419 [8]. As an example of an available Assistive System, Amazon Echo was chosen. We ran the survey with 18 participants. To evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach’s alpha is calculated. Moreover, we investigate the questions in more detail and give recommendations for improving the questionnaire.
