摘要

To optimize the elderly care experience of the retired elderly population in China in the future and alleviate the rapidly developing aging population in China, this study proposes a hybrid method research model based on user demands. Taking sensors in intelligent living systems as an example, the study investigates the application strategies of intelligent living in future aging-friendly space based on the retired elderly population in China. Firstly, qualitative research methods such as literature review were used to collect user demands from 12 related fields; Secondly, the KANO model is used to classify and rank user demands. Thirdly, use QFD theory to transform user demands into design elements. Fourthly, resolve conflicting spatial design technology elements in QFD-HOQ through existing or innovative spatial design technology elements. The research results indicate that design elements such as “personalized customization based on lifestyle habits”, “controlling the number of sensors”, and “ergonomic scale” have high importance ratings, which are important design points for the future application of intelligent living in aging-friendly space. This provides forward-looking opinions for the future application of intelligent living in aging-friendly space.
