Enhancing Shear Wave Estimation Through Directional and Kalman Filters for Noise Reduction
摘要
In the present day, various imaging diagnostic techniques support doctors in the diagnosis of tumors, including MRI imaging, CT scans, X-rays, mode B ultrasound, and ultrasound elastography… Elastography techniques have garnered significant attention and strong development in recent years, offering advantages such as non-invasiveness, low cost, rapid examination times, and high reliability. To determine the elasticity of tissue, this technique requires estimating viscosity and elasticity based on the velocity of shear waves captured by the Doppler ultrasound probe. The velocity signal contains noise from reflected waves and random interference, affecting the signal quality. In this paper, the we used directional filter and Kalman filter to eliminated the noise.
