Integrated Real-Time Web-Based System of Accidental Hoisting Detection Algorithms for Hoist Lift in Harbors
摘要
The system is proposed owing to three factors, convenience, rapidness and scalability. Firstly, the data transfer and hoist lift sample and control functions are encapsulated to simplify algorithm development and verification process, which allows algorithm designers to focus on the efficiency of algorithms rather than implementation details. Secondly, the proposed system serves as the benchmark to evaluate the performance of various detection algorithms based on sampled history data. Besides, grammar errors or logical errors in the implementation of algorithms can be exposed and corrected via repeated verifications. All algorithms that pass the verification can be directly put into production without any modifications. The web-based integrated development and monitoring system is deployed in a harbor for container hoisting. The status of a three-phase asynchronous motor in a hoist process is displayed. The parameters of the monitoring algorithm are online adjusted. The effectiveness and scalability of the proposed system have been demonstrated through experiments, making it suitable for use in a variety of harbors.
