Fundamentals of Augmentation Mastopexy

Augmentation mastopexy is a combination of procedures to achieve a breast lift and also increase de volume of the breast at the same time, usually using fat or an implant, sometimes both. Vast knowledge of the breast vascular anatomy is important to avoid major complications. Anatomical landmarks and proper preoperative markings are the key to achieve an aesthetic result.
