In this chapter you will know the differences between mastopexy and breast reduction, you will remember the old Regnault classification and the position of the authors attached to the Hall-Findlay classification on ptosis in relation to the situation of the parenchyma with the anatomical references of the thorax and the main anatomical landmark (upper breast border) and its relationship with the nipple-areola complex (NAC). You will know how to locate the ideal height of the nipple in each breast and starting from this, you will know the surgical options for the selection of the vascular pedicle and the skin resection pattern.
