Rhinoplasty is one of the most challenging procedures for the plastic surgeon, patients with cleft lip and palate represent an even greater challenge. Primary cleft rhinoplasty is classically performed at the time of the primary cleft lip repair. Secondary cleft rhinoplasty carries separate surgical indications and goals. So, it is necessary to understand the anatomy, physiology, and different surgical techniques to resolve these deformities.
